Our Story
A specialty lavender farm and agritourism destination on Maryland's beautiful Eastern Shore.
Rooted in Purpose, Growing with Care
Bloomforth is a specialty lavender farm located on 5 acres in Wittman, Maryland (Talbot County). We cultivate approximately 6,700 lavender plants across 3.07 acres of premium Crosiadore silt loam soil.
Our strategic four-section planting design features four distinct lavender varieties—Phenomenal, Grosso, Provence, and Hidcote—each selected for specific purposes including oil production, culinary use, and visitor experience.
Maryland's Eastern Shore, with its rich agricultural heritage and proximity to Baltimore, Washington D.C., and Philadelphia, provides an ideal location for our boutique lavender operation.
